VENDOR AGREEMENT
1. Set up time starts at 2 hours before the event. Setup to be completed by 15 minutes before the event’s start time.
2. Vendors are to attend to their tables the whole time
3. Vendors accept their own payment.
4. Sale of items that are “Trademark Counterfeit”, unauthorized replicas, explosives, firearms, ammunition, inflammables, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or any items of pornographic nature or any other unauthorized item is prohibited. Devoshion reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of any merchandise and the immediate removal of it.
5. As per the Fire Marshall, there is absolutely no lighting of any type of materials on the premises. Items such as candles, tobacco, fireworks, burning devices, and any other materials which cause a safety fire code violation and fire hazard are strictly prohibited.
6. Vendors are responsible for clean up at the end of the day. Vendor shall leave the location clean of trash and in the condition it was before vendor occupied it.
7. There are no electrical outlets available for the spaces.
8. Devoshion is not responsible for losses due to accidental damage or theft.
9. Devoshion does not guarantee table locations and specific placements.
10. Payment is required prior to the event in order to reserve your space. You may send payment via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal via email Mor@Devoshion.com or cell (310) 866-1313. If no payment is received by at least 2 days before the event, we have the right to cancel your reservation.
